The Junior Management Development Programme (JMDP) is designed to equip emerging and newly appointed managers, supervisors, team leaders and high-potential employees with the practical management skills required to lead people, manage performance and contribute effectively to organisational success.
The programme provides participants with a strong foundation in the core disciplines of management, including leadership, communication, team management, problem-solving, decision-making, performance management, emotional intelligence, conflict management, basic financial management, customer service and operational effectiveness.
