The SMME Development for Enterprise Development Managers programme is a practical, industry-focused short course designed to equip Enterprise Development (ED), Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD), Transformation, Procurement and Economic Development professionals with the knowledge, tools and frameworks required to design, implement, monitor and report effective SMME development programmes.
The programme takes participants through the complete ED programme lifecycle—from understanding B-BBEE and industry-specific requirements, developing an ED strategy and selecting suitable SMMEs, through to business diagnostics, incubation, mentorship, supplier development, market access, funding readiness, monitoring and evaluation, evidence management and impact reporting.
